Your responsabilities :

• Manage legal claims with different actors with lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the Dutch - Speaking customer’s claiming foundations.
• Understand the customer's unique situations and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.
• Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.

Our expectations :

• You speak Dutch in proficiency :

• Intermediate English level (at least B1-B2)

• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal

• You want to work in a back office area :

• You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties :

• Possible start on 03/04 :

• Working schedule :Monday - Friday, 08:00h - 18:00h, full time, 40h/week :

• Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract

• Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)

• Work in our modern office in Parque das Nações

• Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required

• Back office job position - no inbound calls!

Competetive Salary and bonuses :

• 1100€ gross x14 months :

• up to 175€ gross monthly performance bonus

• up to 75€ gross mothly project bonus

• up to 20€ gross per month - Transport Allowance

• €7.23 NET/day meal allowance
