Job Description: Manager, Growth Marketing (US Market ONLY)

This role will be marketing to US based companies only. 2-5 years US marketing experience is required.

Objectives of this Role

  • Grow the business to US based companies.
  • Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally
  • Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
  • Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue
  • Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
  • Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new clients
  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations.
  • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with industry partners, management, creative and content teams, and distribution partners to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services
  • Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
  • Organize and track event activities, including booth placement, shipping, materials, pre-event campaigns, and post-event follow-up in collaboration with sales
  • Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed and providing post-event reports and analysis
  • Maintain a consistent and engaging online presence of the organization through website, social, and public relations activities

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experiencemarketing to US based companies is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Expertise with HubSpot is a must
  • Demand generation experience is a must
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Perfect written and spoken English is a must

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software
  • Established portfolio of media and PR contacts
  • Desire to grow professionally with ongoing education
  • Exposure to Real Estate (Multifamily, Single Family) or the Vacation Rental industry
  • Perfect written and spoken English

Pay: 40,000.00€ - 48,000.00€ per year
