Your role will be to work directly with small groups of people and coach them to ensure they assimilate those fundamental skills and that their learning process is effective and permanent. Your role will also be to integrate an established group of coaches/clinical psychologists to help make this happen. Our team covers a broad range of areas including onboarding, engagement, learning & development, compensations & benefits, legal & compliance and Coaching & Mentoring. You will act as a confidential professional just as you have as a registered professional. Your top 3 objectives To enable our team to be as efficient as possible To create scalable and repeatable solutions To develop yourself and everyone around you Examples of how you will support our Team: Daily interventions with small groups/training sessions that aim at the assimilation and behavior-changing regarding fundamental core skills Monitor the participants and track learning-changing effects Providing guidance on organisational changes to improve flourishing Ingrate the coaching team for individual sessions if needed. Your top 5 responsibilities Own strategically critical projects: Support cross-functional teams in developing and implementing systems, procedures, and best practices, improving how we operate. This could be anything from firefighting a critical area to setting up a new geographic office to leading a general improvement initiative Design & implement systems and processes: You will have the opportunity to drive the backbone of the business, by setting up new systems and upskilling our processes. You’ll help us do things in a better and more data-driven way Report and inform: Provide simple actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels that help them deliver efficiently and effectively. Develop and monitor operational metrics, auditing our processes as required Make scalable solutions: Develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools in collaboration with the team so that long-term impact is achieved Develop everyone: Maximise the development of your team personally and professionally and educate our clients to improve as well Your CapabilitiesAs an Insightful In-house Psychologist - Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Expert at Laminar, an ideal candidate would: Must-Have (The fundamentals) MA in psychology from a university, college or school recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) Has completed a minimum of two hundred (200) hours of supervised practicum/internship/clinical experience related to services enumerated in paragraph (b)of Section 3 of the Republic Act 10029 or the Psychologist Law of Portugal Certified and Licensed 5+years’ experience as a full-time therapist Extensive experience in the CBT techniques Demonstrates an understanding of theories and practices of psychopathology including psychological treatments Nice to Have (If you don’t have it now you will after joining) Leadership/performance coaching experience (Desirable) Comfortable in teaching groups, coaching, group dynamics, and other learning possibilities English native or Bilingual (nice to have)Laminar isn’t the place for you if any of the following is true: You want an easy, chilled-out role without much challenge You like to be the smartest person in the room You don’t like continuously receiving honest candid feedback You prefer to do your own thing rather than work with a team ___________________ Frequently Asked QuestionsCan you tell me more about what the role is like?  Because we are fast growing all of our roles are evolving all the time so what you start with might not be what you are doing in 6 months. Where would I be working?  All of our operations roles are 100% remote and home-based. However, if you would like to work in a co-work space to get out of the house we can arrange that.
