Operations Intern

As our Operation Intern, you ensure that the quality and state of Lisbeyond’s properties are at their best and you make sure that everyone in the LisBeyond team gets a good understanding of each property. This is a very exciting operations position at our Property Management company, Lisbeyond, in the heart of Lisbon! Our international team is looking forward to welcoming you soon.

Tasks you will take care of :

• Performing regular visits to the properties
• Checking and reporting improvement opportunities
• Prepare and control inventories, including a technical inventory per house (kinds of lightbulbs, heating, water boiler, remote control) and assure that main technical elements are stocked (new lightbulbs, batteries, etc.)
• Control amenities and its stock
• Handle guest communication
• Greet guests and visitors
• Housekeeping planning and management
• Managing files, updating paperwork
• Updating our Property Management System
• Helping on-boarding new properties
• Assist the operations team with unpredictable situations or any problem

In this internship, you will learn a lot about the operations at a hospitality company, focused on short-term rentals. You will gain professional skills, time management skills, intercultural understanding and you will learn a lot about working in a dynamic and international team.

Job Type : Internship Contract length: 6 months

Salary : 300.00€ per month
