The opportunity You’ll implement all 1 to 1 consumer activations through hostesses for Events & LAMPs (Legal Age Meeting Points). Recruit, train and develop hostesses pool to feed all Events and LAMPs needs. You’ll also produce all tools and contents for hostesses activations. Co-Develop and implement/deploy new and efficient hostesses management platform. You’ll take ownership and degrees control in PO creation and vendors backoffice management.You’ll maintain the tracking files ensuring that the spending is aligned to budget availability while remaining flexible to reallocate resources appropriately to reflect changes in the business dynamics. Strongly contribute to monitor the budget of the Function Key goals are to efficiently support field teams within the design and execution of operations strategies, ensuring consumer centric and data driven decisions (NPS, qualitative feedback, weekly performance reports, consumer behaviour analysis), sustained by a deep understanding of our strategic target (LANU LA-39), providing with the analysis, control and management of the Brand Engagement Agencies to ensure the excellence in the execution and achievement of key performance indicators to increase awareness and acquisition and ensure retention. Your ‘day to day’ •Recruit, select and train hostesses pool. Ensure and challenge proper contents decks for hostesses upskilling trainings and briefings. Follow closely, train, monitor and control Hostesses agencies, with appropriated SLAs.•Develop and deploy proper toolbox materials for IR hostesses activations. Design, produce and ensure that each hostess has in each single activation proper toolbox and content (Outfit, IT support tools, devices, consumables, etc.), aligned with brand/channel strategy and deployment plan.•Actively participate on the design of Events and LAMPs (Legal Age Meeting Points) hostesses plan accordingly to channel needs and requirements, deploy Events&Lamps activation hostesses plan, based on defined guidelines to contribute to brand strategy execution. Work closely with all Brand Activation Specialists Team, ensuring best execution standards across all territories. Ensure also direct contact with envolved field stakeholders for daily activations support. Do weekly market visits to monitoring and control implementations.•Co-develop and implement a new and efficient hostesses management platform in order to control hostesses activities, allocation plans and performance.•Actively participate on definition of KPIs for hostess performance and payment clearance.•Coordinate all Hostesses activities on E&L. Provide a -degree coordination on Brand and consumer E&L Activation Operations, integrating consumer & KPIs analysis, and, above all, control all aspects of 1 to 1 interactions on mentioned channels.•Monitor the assigned team budget to ensure efficiency of the resource allocation. Execute the operational process related to engagement activities. Start and develop efficiency projects on budget monitoring.•Maintain the tracking files ensuring that the spending is aligned to budget availability while remaining flexible to reallocate resources appropriately to reflect changes in the business dynamics. Strongly contribute to monitor the budget of the Function.•Analysis of Events & LAMPs hostesses activations results•Coordinate and develop all the reporting tools inside the unit related with activations, KPI’s, stock management, production, etc. that will be monitored on a weekly / monthly /quarterly basis.•Manage and control of Hostesses NPS follow up and solutions inside the Brand Engagement Unit for all hostesses activities across channels•Execution and control of E&L hostesses budget. Track and compile operational KPI´s across all different type of activations. Execution of Hostesses toolbox budget management ensuring no oversend or underspend YE. Monitor SLA KPIs, towards the most efficient and proficuous service providing.•Ensure p&ps and internal audits and control needs.
