The TDO Program (Technology, Data & Operations) is one of AXA Group Operation’s key strategic efforts in the coming years. The team you will be part of will consist of 4 people fully dedicated to ensuring the progress and success of the TDO program and its underlying initiatives.Where will you be in the organization? The divisionYou will be part of the COO Office at AXA Group OperationsThe department / team TDO Program team is a project team that will belong to the COO Office, and report directly to the Deputy CEO, Nils Kaschner. About the jobJob purpose As a TDO Program Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of more than 280 initiatives across multiple entities. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent monitoring and tracking of progress against defined KPIs and targets. The TDO Program team will report directly to the AXA GO's Deputy CEO.Main responsibilities Your responsibilities include:·Supervise and coordinate the TDO program's strategic initiatives across multiple entities·Ensure support, alignment, and performance monitoring of the many strategic initiatives being launched·Develop and maintain project management processes and standards·Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies·Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders·Provide regular project status reports to senior leadership·Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets·Ensure consistent tracking of progress against defined KPIs and targets·Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication·Manage project documentation and knowledge sharing·Ensure compliance with AXA Group policies and procedures·Provide coaching and support to project managers and team membersYour ProfileExpected skills & experienceWe are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Experience ·Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.·Minimum of 6 years of experience in a project or operations management role, preferably in the financial sector.·Hands-on experience in delivering structured reporting output·Experience in complex project contexts with direct reporting to C-suite stakeholder is a plusTechnical skills·Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.·Knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI and/or Excel is a plusSoft skills / transversal skills ·Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.·Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.·Proactive and collaborative mindset.·At ease with ambiguity and complexity.·Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.About AXAAs a world-leading insurance company, we act for human progress by protecting what matters.
