Managing all aspects and daily operations of assigned properties to the highest of standards, including: Being an ambassador for SandyBlue by maintaining properties to a 6-star standard all year round and ensuring that quality standards are being maintained on a daily basis Maintaining a positive and productive relationship with the villa owners and keeping them up to date regarding their properties Demonstrating high-end design skills sensibilities, anticipating owner preferences in fixtures and fittings and making regular upgrade recommendations as necessary Ensuring that the interiors and the exteriors of the properties are always presented to a very high standard Liaising with third party suppliers and obtaining the necessary quotes Coordinating, overseeing and supervising subcontractors work to ensure the agreed standard is achieved and the deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner Identifying and arranging seasonal and preventive maintenance works Preparing end of year inventory and reports with recommendations for improvement Conducting pre-arrival and post-departure inspections for guest bookings Anticipating guests needs and ensuring the property is prepared to the highest of standards About You Full understanding of Property Management and its many aspects Proactive attitude Must be quality driven, detail-orientated with a passion for excellence Capable of prioritizing with multi-tasking and organizational skills Ability to deal calmly and professionally with challenging situations Demonstrate highly professional attitude and personal presentation in all verbal and written communications Flexible scheduling with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed. A 24/7 mentality Fluent in English and Portuguese and highly effective oral and written communication skills Other languages beneficial Valid Driver’s license
