PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Associate Commercial Business Partner will be embedded within the local Sales team and will support Sales colleagues’ on deal structuring, approval and contracting. The Associate Commercial Business Partner will manage a variety of commercial contracts/requests in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements.

The role has a very strong commercial focus with reporting line to the local Chief Operating Officer supporting Sales team on deals crafting and commercial processes.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Support the Account Executives on commercial processes and tasks;

  • Ensure that the deal approval process is completed timely and appropriately in according to DoAEnsure Contract Approval Compliance according to corporate guidelines and management policies as well as basic legal requirements

  • Ease the way of contract creation for the Account Executives by leading through and explaining the process steps EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Successfully completed University Degree in Economics, Management, Social Sciences or IT field;

  • Native Portuguese;

  • Fluent written and oral English;

  • Basic knowledge of Spanish is a preference (not mandatory); Highly organized and detail-oriented;

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

  • Ability to work collaboratively with and nurture relationships with several stakeholders;

  • Positive and constructive attitude. WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in one of the following areas: Contracting, Quote Support, Sales Assistance, Legal (but if you are a motivated recently graduate and find these areas interest, please don’t hesitate to apply!) It is a must have :

  • Basic understanding of most Deal Support topics

  • Basic understanding of legal conditions (from Legal Templates)

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team
