In this role, it will be your mission to meet both our sales data and systems while integrating it with the most innovative tools. You will collaborate with multiple Business Units across the Sector in order to improve, enhance, and develop the ways of working of our wide Sales team. As a key player, you will take charge of sales system governance, data integrity, reporting, process enhancement, G2M capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration, driving efficiency and innovation aligned with business priorities. ResponsibilitiesHarness the power of location intelligence, demonstrating proficiency in GIS (QGIS and/or ArcGIS) to extract nuanced insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.Employ advanced skills in data cleaning, preparation, and mining to meticulously ready data for analysis, whilst uncovering concealed patterns within datasets, providing valuable insights that drive informed decision-making and unlock new opportunities.Utilize cutting-edge tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense to transform data into visually compelling and impactful insights.Pave the way for innovation by exploring novel data sources, including digital and underutilized outlets such as APIs, open data, etc.Apply and advance knowledge of statistical tools, including Python, R, etc., for sophisticated analysis of extensive datasets.Stay abreast of changes and upgrades essential for PepsiCo Systems to ensure a seamless integration and operation.Collaborate and align with various stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of projects in line with business priorities.#LI-Hybrid QualificationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets.Proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, QGIS, and MS Office Suite.Experience with database management and proficiency in executing SQL queries.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to process improvement.Project management experience, including the ability to lead and execute cross-functional projects.Fluency in Portuguese and English.
